| 摘 要： | 目的评价两种硅橡胶印模材（缩合型硅橡胶和加成型硅橡胶）分别接受2%酸性戊二醛、84消毒液（有效氯含量为0.3%）30分钟浸泡处理后,其石膏模型表面细节再现性和表面粗糙度的变化,进而筛选出适宜的消毒剂。方法采用美国牙医协会（ADA）推荐使用的模具制取印模。每种印模材分别接受两种消毒液（浸泡30min）处理,另设不处理组作为对照。通过对标志线观察估分,评定模型的细节再现性;应用表面形貌仪测定其表面粗糙度。结果2%酸性戊二醛和84消毒液浸泡消毒两种硅橡胶印模材,均未对表面细节再现性和表面粗糙度有显著影响。结论对于硅橡胶印模材可以应用2%酸性戊二醛和84消毒液浸泡消毒30min,不会影响其表面质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the surface detail reproduction and roughness of the stone cast after two kinds of silicone impression materials were disinfected by 2% acid glutaraldehyde and 0.3% sodium hypochlorite.
