彩色多普勒超声在睾丸扭转中的诊断价值及临床意义

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声（CDFI）在睾丸扭转中的诊断价值，为临床诊治提供可靠依据。方法16例睾丸扭转患者均行CDFI检查。结果16例患者中14例确诊为睾丸扭转；2例考虑为睾丸扭转可能，最终通过手术证实。9例因睾丸扭转时间过长发现睾丸均坏死，予以切除；7例行手法复位后均表现有不同程度血供恢复，保留睾丸，术后行CDFI复查睾丸有血供。结论CDFI诊断睾丸扭转正确率高，能较准确地判断睾丸扭转的程度及病情发展的不同时期，为手术的选择提供有效的依据，也可作为手术复位后疗效评价的依据。

Clinical Significance and Value of Color Doppler Flow Imaging in Diagnosis of Testicle Torsion

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI）for diagnosing of testicle torsion and providing a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 16 cases of testicle torsion patients were diagnosed by CDFI. Results 16 cases of patients diagnosed as 14 cases of testicular torsion, two cases were considered of testicular torsion may be, finally were confirmed through surgery. 9 cases testes were removed because of the length found in both testicular necrosis. 7 cases were retained the testes for having the varying degree blood supply af- ter manual reduction, postoperative review CDFI showed testes had blood supply. Conclusion CDFI can be used to detect the degree and different period of torsion and to provide the effective basis for the surgery choice and the surgery reset curative evaluation.
