| 摘 要： | 目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定尼莫地平滴眼液含量的方法.方法色谱柱:AgilentTC-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈-水(27∶43∶30);流速1.0ml?min-1;检测波长:237nm.结果尼莫地平在2～80μg?ml-1的范围内线性关系良好.回收率为100.29%.结论方法简便、准确、可靠,适用于尼莫地平滴眼液的质量控制.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of Nimodipine in Nimodipine Eyedrop.METHODS The Agilent TC-C_ 18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column was used;mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-water acid(27∶43∶30);flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1;wavelength of detection was 237nm.RESULTS In this condition the calibration curve was linear in the range of 2～80μg·ml-1 for Nimodipine.The average recovery were 100.29%.CONCLUSION This method was simple and accurate,it could be used for determination of the Nimodipine eyedrop. |
