| 摘 要： | 目的探讨磁共振胆胰管成像(MRCP)的临床应用价值.方法对64例2D,3D-MRCP检查的图像资料进行回顾性分析.结果MRCP能清晰显示正常的胆胰管结构,对胆胰管梗阻的部位、形态能直观显示,定位、定性诊断准确性高.结论MRCP在胆胰管疾病的诊断中具有重要价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of magnetic resonance c ho langiopancreatography(MRCP).Mesults The images of 2D and 3D-MRCP of 64 cases we re retrospectively reviewed.Results MRCP depicted the normal pancreaticobiliary duct clearly and show the position and morphology of the obstruction of pancreat icobiliary duct directly.The diagnostic accuracy of MTCP in evaluating the site and nature of the obstruction is reliable.Conclusion MRCP has inportant clinical value in the diagnosis of pancreaticobiliary duct disease. |
