白芍总苷与萘丁美酮治疗老年膝骨关节炎的比较

目的:比较白芍总苷与萘丁美酮对老年膝骨关节炎(OA)的疗效和安全性。方法:80例膝OA患者随机分为白芍总苷治疗组和萘丁美酮对照组各40例,对患者治疗前、治疗6周后的患膝疼痛程度、关节压痛度、下肢日常活动能力及医、患双方对病情的评价等5项指标进行评定。结果:治疗后,两组症状均有减轻,白芍总苷组在缓解疼痛、改善下肢功能方面与萘丁美酮组疗效相近(P>0·05),但不良反应发生率更低(P<0·05)。结论:白芍总苷对老年膝OA具有较好而稳定的疗效,安全性好。

Clinical Study of Total Glucosides of Paeony on Senile Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To study the effect of total glucosides of paeony(TGP) on osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods:Eighty cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups,including 40 cases of treatment group treated with TGP and 40 cases of control grouped treated with nabumetone(NAB).Function was evaluated by the actevity of daily life of patient's lower limb before and six weeks after treatment,and the knee pain was assessed subjectively according to the numerical pain scale.Results:The clinical symptoms in both groups were improved significantly after treatment.The TGP group was similar to NAB group in relieving pain and improving the daily life activity of the lower limb(P>0.05),but its side-effects was a little more than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion:TGP had a better clinical curative effect in senile knee osteoarthritis and was worthy to popularize.
