目的通过对一起经历三次医疗事故技术鉴定案例的具体分析,阐明医务人员应履行的专业人员注意义务。方法回顾了一起涉及心血管内科和急诊医学科的医疗纠纷的案例,详细分析了医方的医疗行为与患者死亡之间的因果关系,说明了判定为医疗事故的依据。结果本案例定为一级甲等医疗事故,医方承担主要责任。结论医务人员应尽的专业人员的注意义务。

Attention Obligation of Medical Staff Based on a Case Evaluated Technically Three Times

Objective Based on the analysis of a case evaluated technically three times,to discuss the duty of care that should be performed by medical staff.Methods Reviewing a case happened on cardiovascular medicine and emergency medicine,the author analyzed in details the causality between the medical practice and the death of patient,and telt why this case was a medical care accident.Results The case is belong to rank 1 class A medical care accident,and the hospital need to undertake primary responsibility.Conclusion The medical staff must exhaust the obligation of attention.
