| 摘 要： | 本文报道38例(44只眼)囊袋内人工晶体植入术。平均随访14个月(6～48个月)。矫正视力:≥0.6共有43只眼(97.7％);≥1.0共有31只眼(70.7％)。无严重并发症。同时介绍了手术方法及要点,并对囊袋内植入人工晶体的优点进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | 44 eyes (thirty-eight cases) had extracapsular cataract extraction and intercapsular lens implantation are reported. The mean period of follow-up wag 14 months (6-8months). 43 eyes have a corrected visual acuity of 0.6 or better (97.7%); 31 eyes 1.0 or better (70.7%). There were no serious complications. In this paper, we have described the surgical method as well as key procedures. further discussed the advantages of intercapsular lens implantation. |
