| 摘 要： | 目的探讨以家庭为中心的护理模式在脑瘫患儿护理中的应用方法。方法对抱患儿姿势、康复训练方法、按摩方法、饮食护理、心理和教育护理等家庭护理内容进行总结和分析。结果 以家庭为中心的护理模式可以通过家庭中的亲情、轻松的气氛和游戏形式来达到治疗的目的,并使患儿易于接受,提高了患儿及其家长参与治疗的积极性与主动性。结论 以家庭为中心的护理模式对促进脑瘫患儿康复,最大程度上回归社会具有积极的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the use of ‘family-based nursing model＇ in nursing children with cerebral palsy. Methods ＂The familybased nursing model＇ containing of the instructions on posture for holding infants, recovery training, massage methods, dieting nursing, and mental and educational nursing was summarized and analyzed. Result The ＇family-based nursing model＇ were welcome for the cerebral palsy children by way of games in the air of intimateness and ease. Conclusion The ＇family-based nursing model＇ is good for cerebral palsy children to get recovered and get into society. |
