| 摘 要： | [目的]分析河北省2005～2009年流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)死亡病例,为预防控制流脑及临床诊断提供依据。[方法]对2005～2009年河北省流脑死亡病例开展流行病学、临床和实验室相关特征分析,并对不同年份流脑病例的临床诊断环节进行比较。[结果]河北省流脑死亡病例多发生于12月和1～5月占死亡病例总数的89.47%,且5岁以下儿童占76.30%,尤其是散居儿童,但无男女性别差异;地区差异较强;临床特征比较明显;实验室检测以A群较多,但C群有增加趋势;仅发生一起暴发疫情。[结论]河北省流脑报告病例发病率呈下降趋势,但病死率增加,死亡病例的平均诊断时间较长,未接种疫苗者多发,地域差异明显。上述特征可能与临床诊断不及时、疫苗接种率低和地域卫生习惯等有关。
