纳米给药系统在眼科的应用

摘    要:纳米颗粒是纳米尺寸范围内的胶体载药系统,具有靶向、控释和跨生物膜给药等特点,可有效提高药物在眼部的生物利用度。研究发现,纳米制剂眼表给药在青光眼、眼内炎症和感染等治疗方面有极大的应用潜力。

Abstract:Nanoparticles are new colloidal drug carriers in nano-range. Drug-load ed nanoparticles have several advantages over conventional eye drops, such as sp ecial drug targeting options, sustained drug release, improved ocular penetratio n and bioavailability of drugs. It has been indicated that nano-drug delivery sy stems could be quite effective in treatment of glaucoma, inflammations or infect ions of the eye.
