摘    要:目的 :研究性肺性脑病患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)、髓鞘碱性蛋白 (MBP)的变化以及与病情严重程度的关系。方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附法对 4 5例健康对照、 4 7例病例对照和 4 2例肺性脑病患者分别检测血清NSE、MBP ,比较各组间差异并分析其与病情严重程度的关系。结果 :肺性脑病患者血清NSE、MBP明显高于正常对照组、病例对照组 ,随着病情从轻到重 ,血清NSE、MBP逐渐增加 ;且各亚组NSE、MBP明显亦高于正常对照组、病例对照组 ,差异均具显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗后肺性脑病病情控制 ,患者血清NSE、MBP高于对照组 ,但两组比较差异不具显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :血清NSE、MBP的测定有助于肺性脑病的诊断 ,更能全面地判断脑实质损害情况 ,有利于临床上对病情的估计 ,有助于判断肺性脑病的预后。

Serum Levels and Their Clinic Singnificances of Neuron-specific Enolase and Myelin Basic Protein in Patients with Pulmonary Encephalopathy
Abstract:Objective:To study the change of serum Neuron-specific enolase(NES)and Myelin basic protein(MBP)in patients with pulmonary encephalopathy and their relalianship between disease severity and prognosis.Methods:Serum levels of NES and MBP in patients with pulmonary encephalopathy,in caes controls and in normal controls were determined by enzyme-linked immuno-sandwith assy.Results:Serum levels of NSE and MBP were markedly higher in patients with pulmonary encephalopathy than those in case contrlls and in normal controls(P<0.01,respectively),which were correlated with disease severity.After treatment serum levels of NSE and MBP in patients with pulmonary encephalopathy decreased significantly with the impsovemant of pulmonary encephalopathy.Conculsion:Serum NSE and MBP may be helpful to recognise pulmonary encephalopathy and markers to asses the severity of cerebral injury and predict the prognosis.
