| 摘 要： | 肾小球肾炎病位涉及多个脏腑,其发病及病机演变与肺失宣降通调密切相关,故临床从肺论治是治疗的重要环节,包括清肺发汗以利水消肿,清肺解毒以澄源洁流,补肺固卫以祛邪安正,补肺益气以消尿蛋白等。

| Abstract: | The glomerulonephritis is related with many Zang-organs and Fu-organs.Impairment of dispersing and descending function of the lung plays an important role in the disease.So treatment based on lung therapy is an important step in clinical practice.That includes clearing lung and perspiring in order to improve diuresis and detumescence,clearing lung and expelling miasma in order to promote radical therapy,invigorating the lung and strengthening defensive Qi in order to eliminate pathogenic factor for supporting vital Qi,invigorating the lung and benefiting vital Qi in order to eliminate urinary protein. |
