使用外固定器对多发伤中骨盆骨折的急诊救治

目的 探讨多发伤骨盆骨折的急诊救治方法。方法 采用外固定器迅速固定骨盆骨折，对伴颅脑和腹部创伤需急诊手术的患者，术中同时采用外固定器对骨盆骨折进行固定，并对其疗效进：行分析。结果 7例患者骨折均愈合，经随访无跛行及骨盆畸形，肢体功能良好。结论 外固定器可简单、迅速地完成骨盆骨折的固定，有效控制骨折端继发出血和疼痛。

External Fixator in Emergency Patients with Multiple Pelvic Fracture

Objective To explore the methods in the treatment of multi-pelvic fracture treated with external fixator. Methods The use of external fixator treated the pelvic and limb fracture rapidly. Results The broken bones were all union, without pelvic deformity, and the functions of the limbs were completely recovered Conclusion effectively The external fixator can be used simply and quickly to fix the pelvic fracture, and to control bleeding and pain of the fracture, but also to keep the integrity and stability of the pelvic.
