纽曼护理对乳腺癌手术患者心理健康和生活质量的影响

目的：探讨纽曼护理对乳腺癌手术患者心理健康和生活质量的影响。方法：将50例乳腺癌手术患者随机分为研究组和对照组各25例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组给予纽曼护理,观察2组护理前后Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）、Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）和乳腺癌患者生活质量量表评分的变化情况。结果：SAS、SDS评分护理后研究组显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。生活质量各维度评分护理后研究组均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：纽曼护理可改善乳腺癌手术患者的心理健康,提高生活质量。

Influence of Neuman Nursing on Mental Health and Life Quality of the Patients Undergoing the Surgery of Mammary Cancer

Objective： To explore the effects of Neuman nursing combined with herbs on mental health and life quality of the patients undergoing the surgery of mammary cancer. Methods： Fifty patients were randomly allocated to the test group and the control group. The control group were given with routine care and the test group Neuman nursing, the changes of Zung self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）, Zung self-rating depression scale（SDS） and life quality scales were observed in both groups before and after the nursing. Results： SAS and SDS of the test group were lower than these of the control group after the nursing（P〈0.05）. The test group was higher than the control group notably in the scales of life quality（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Neuman nursing could improve mental health and life quality of the patients undergoing the surgery of mammary cancer.
