六味地黄汤联合激素治疗原发性肾病综合征30例

目的：观察六味地黄汤联合激素治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。2组均给予低盐、优质高蛋白饮食及利尿、保护肾功能等基础治疗,同时给予常规激素治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用六味地黄汤,水煎分服,1剂/d。2组均连续治疗3个月。结果：总有效率治疗组为90.3%,对照组为83.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;血清白蛋白、24小时尿蛋白定量2组治疗后与治疗前组内比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后组间比较,差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：六味地黄汤联合激素治疗原发性肾病综合征临床疗效显著。

LiuWei DiHuang Tang and Hormone in Treating 30 Cases of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective： To survey therapeutic effects of LiuWei DiHuang Tang and hormone in the treatment for primary nephrotic syndrome. Methods： Sixty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups received low-salt, low high-protein diet, basic treatment of diuresis, protecting renal function and others, at the same time routine hormone, the treatment group took LiuWei DiHuang Tang, water decocted, one dose each day. Both groups were treated for three months. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group was90.3%, higher than 83.3% of the control group, the difference presented statistical meaning（P〈0.05）; the difference indicated statistical meaning in serum albumin and 24 hours urine albumin in both groups between before and after treating（P〈0.05）; it also demonstrated statistical meaning after treating between both groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： LiuWei DiHuang Tang and hormone are effective in the treatment for primary nephrotic syndrome.
