丹红注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗脑梗塞40例

目的：观察丹红注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗急性期脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法：将80例急性期脑梗塞患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组用常规药物加用依达拉奉注射液治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用丹红注射液治疗,2组均连续治疗15天。结果：总有效率治疗组为90.00%,对照组为75.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。神经功能缺损程度（CCS）评分、日常生活活动能力量表（BI）评分2组治疗后均明显改善（P〈0.05﹚,观察组改善更明显（P〈0.05﹚。结论：丹红注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑梗塞临床疗效显著。

DanHong Injection Combined with Edaravone Injection in the Treatment for 40 Cases of Cerebral Infarction

Objective： To investigate curative effects of DanHong injection and edaravone injection in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods： Eighty patients were randomly allocated to the treatment group and the control group, The control group were given with routine medicine and edaravone injection, and the treatment group DanHong injection on the foundation, both groups were treated for 15 days. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%, higher than 75.00% of the control group, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning（P〈0.05）.CCS scales and BI scales of both groups were improved evidently（P 0.05）, the improvements of the treatment group were more notable（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： DanHong injection and edaravone injection could obtain better effects in treating acute cerebral infarction.
