眩晕的辨证施护

目的：探讨辨证施护对眩晕的护理效果。方法：将眩晕症患者辨证分型,根据不同的证型进行辨证施护。结果：本组病例663例,治愈258例,好转357例,总有效率达92.8%。结论：眩晕在不同的时期可出现不同的证候,在实施辨证施护的过程中,必须遵循同病异护的原则,辨明证型再施护,才能取得良好的效果。

Syndrome Differentiation and Care for the Patients with Vertigo

Objective： To explore the influence of syndrome differentiation and care on the patients with vertigo. Methods： The patients were differentiated, classified and nursed according to different patterns classified according to syndrome differentiation, and cared. Results： There were 663 cases in the group, 258 cases cured, 357 cases improved, total effective rate reached 92.8%.Conclusion： Different patients could manifest different syndromes in periods, during the course of syndrome differentiation and care, we must adhere to the principles of same disease and different nursing, the patients should be nursed when the syndrome is differentiated, therefore, to obtain better effects.
