循证护理对甲亢患者心理健康和生活质量的影响

目的：探讨循证护理对甲状腺功能亢进症（甲亢）患者心理健康和生活质量的影响。方法：将50例甲亢患者随机分为研究组和对照组各25例。对照组给予内分泌科常规护理,研究组实施循证护理,比较3个月后2组患者的心理健康Zung氏焦虑自评量表（SAS）和Zung氏抑郁自评量表（SDS）]和生活质量生活质量调查量表（SF-36）]。结果：SAS、SDS评分干预后2组均明显降低（P〈0.05）,且研究组降低更明显（P〈0.05）;SF-36各因子评分2组均显著提高（P〈0.05）,且研究组提高更明显（P〈0.05）。结论：循证护理可明显改善甲亢患者的心理健康,提高生活质量。

Influence of Evidence-based Nursing on Mental Health and Life Quality of the Patients with Hyperthyroidism

Objective： To survey the effects of evidence-based nursing on mental health and life quality of the patients suffering from hyperthyroidism. Methods： Fifty patients were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. The experiment group received routine care of endocrinology department and the experiment group evidence-based nursing, mental health（SAS and SDS） and life quality（SF-36） of the patients in both groups were compared in three months. Results： SAS and SDS scales of both groups were decreased notably after the intervention（P〈0.05）, and the decrease of the experiment group was more significant than that of the control group（P〈0.05）; the scales of different factors in SF-36 were improved remarkably in both groups（P〈0.05）, and the improvement of the experiment group was more obvious than that of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion： Evidence-based nursing could notably improve mental health and raise life quality of the patients suffering from hyperthyroidism.
