超声对肝局灶性结节样增生的诊断价值

目的探讨肝局灶性结节样增生(FNH)的超声表现及其诊断价值.方法 28例均行超声及生化检查,并均经手术及病理证实.结果 28例FNH中共有30个病灶,超声全部检出.二维超声多表现为低或稍低回声(83%),多发生于近肝缘处(79%);13例彩色多普勒显示动脉频谱者占69%,呈轮辐状血流信号者占23%.生化检查发现所有病例AFP均阴性.结论常规超声结合彩色多普勒超声和AFP阴性可提高FNH的诊断准确性.

Ultrasonographic Value in Diagnosis of Focal Nodular Hyperplasia of the Liver

Objective To investigate the features on ultrasound images and evaluate the value of the ultrasound in the diagnosis of focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH)of the liver.Methods Twenty eight patients with 30 lesions were examined with B mode ultrasound,color Doppler ultrasound and blood tests.All of them were proved to be FNH by pathology.Results Twenty three lesions (83%) presented as hypoechoic masses on gray scale sonography.Twenty two lesions (79%) were located under hepatic surface.A color flow with arterial spectrum was detected in 9 lesions (69%),and radiated wheal like color flow was visualized in 3 lesions (23%).The results of blood tests of all patients showed AFP was negative.Conclusions Gray scale sonography combined with color Doppler ultrasound and AFP tests can raise the diagnostic accuracy for FNH.
