初均速法预测银黄口服液的贮存期

摘    要:采用初均速温度加速实验法预测银黄口服液贮存期,其中有效成分绿原酸和黄芩甙的含量测定采用<中国药典>"银黄口服液含量测定"项下进行.口服液中两种有效成分的降解均符合Arrhenius指数规律;测得绿原酸贮存期为4.73年,黄芩甙贮存期为4年.本口服液贮存期可暂定为4年.

Abstract:We predicted the storage period of Yinhuang oral medicinal liquid using initial homogeneous temperature acceleration experimental method and measured the content of effective components in the oral medicinal liquid, Chlorogenic acid and baicalin using the same methods as Yinhuang Koufuye(see: Chinese Pharmacopeia 1995; 594). The degradation of both effective components in the oral medicinal liquid conincided with the regular rule of Arrhenius index and the storage period of chlorogenic acid and baicalin is 4. 73 years and 4 years, respectively. The shorter storage period of Yinhuang oral medicinal liquid should be considered as standard value and its storgae period is tentatively defined as 4 years.
