心理护理对胃镜检查患者的影响作用研究

目的:探讨心理护理对胃镜检查患者的影响。方法:选取胃镜检查患者170例,随机分为两组各85例,使其有可比性。对照组患者给予常规护理;观察组患者在对照组基础上给予心理护理。对两组患者生理指标进行监测,并评价其心理状况。结果:观察组患者检查前、后血压、心率、呼吸差别不大(P>0.05),对照组患者检查后均明显高于检查前,且明显高于观察组患者检查后(P<0.05);观察组患者护理干预后SAS及SDS得分均明显低于干预前以及对照组干预后(P<0.05);观察组患者SCL-90中偏执、躯体化、强迫、焦虑、抑郁、恐怖6项因子得分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);人际关系、敌对以及精神病性3项因子得分两组差别不大(P>0.05)。结论:对胃镜检查患者实施心理护理有利于减轻患者的各项不良情绪,稳定患者生命体征,更好的配合检查,并保证检查的安全性。

The Research of the Effect for Psychological Care in the Patients with Gastroscopy

Objective:To investigate the effect for psychological care in the patients with gastroscopy.Methods:170 patients with gastroscopy were chosen.They were randomly divided into two groups,85 patients in each group,and making it comparable.The control group was taken with routine care,and the observation group was given with psychological care on the basis of the control group.The physiological indicators of the two groups of patients were taken for monitoring,and the psychological condition was evaluated.Results:The blood pressure,heart rate,breathing for the observation group before and after checking was with little difference(P>0.05).The control group patients after the checking were significantly higher than before the test,and the observation group was significantly higher than the check observation group(P<0.05);SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than before the intervention and after interventions for the control group(P<0.05).The SCL-90 in paranoid,somatization,obsessive-compulsive,anxiety,depression,terror 6 factor scores in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The relationships,hostility and psychotic three factor scores of the two groups was not different(P>0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the psychological care of patients with endoscopy will help reduce the negative emotions of the patient,stabilize the patient's vital signs,cooperate with the inspection better,and ensure the security checking.
