循证护理模式在缓解小儿术前恐惧情绪应用的效果评价

目的:观察采用循证护理模式缓解小儿术前恐惧情绪应用的效果。方法:选择2011年11月-2012年10月择期全麻小儿手术患儿136例作为研究对象,随机分为循证组及对照组各68例,予以对照组患儿围手术期常规护理,予以循证组患儿围手术期循证护理模式护理;比较2组患儿术前生命体征、术前恐惧评分(FAVS)、治疗依从性、家属满意度。结果:2组患儿生命体征比较,有显著差异,麻醉前循证组平均动脉压和心率明显低于对照组;恐惧情绪评分比较,循证组明显低于对照组;治疗依从性比较,循证组明显高于对照组;家属满意度比较,循证组明显高于对照组。结论:循证护理模式可有效缓解小儿术前恐惧情绪,提高患儿治疗过程中的依从性,促进手术成功及疾病恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Evidence-based Nursing Model in Remission in Pediatric Preoperative Fear Application Effect Evaluation

Objective:To observe using evidence-based nursing mode of remission in pediatric preoperative fear effect.Methods:November 2011 to October 2012 method selection of elective operation under general anesthesia for pediatric patients 136 cases as the object of study,were randomly divided into evidence-based group 68 cases and control group 68 cases,to surround operation period of patients in the control group routine care,be in evidence-based group during the operation period of evidence-based nursing care;comparison of 2 groups of children before operation,the signs of life preoperative fear score(FAVS),treatment compliance,family satisfaction.Results:Of the 2 groups of children life signs,there are significant differences,before anesthesia evidence-based group mean arterial pressure and heart rate were significantly lower than those in control group;fear score comparison,evidence-based group was significantly lower than the control group;treatment compliance comparison,evidence-based group was significantly higher than that of the control group;family satisfaction degree,evidence-based group was significantly higher than that of control group.Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing mode can effectively alleviate the pediatric preoperative fear,improve the patients during the treatment compliance,to promote the success of operation and rehabilitation,worthy of clinical application.
