内外合治法治疗湿疹141例

对１４１例湿疹患者在急性期，亚急性期，慢性期辨证分服清热利湿方，祛风凉血方，养血祛风方的同时，配合虽药冷湿敷，外敷和浸洗诸法内外合治，并与西药常规治疗８２例疗效比较，结果：中药组总有效率为８６．５％，高于西药组，２年后随访中药组８３例总有效率为８４．３％。

Clinical Observation of Internal plus External Therapy for Eczema:A Report of 141 Cases

cases with eczema in acute stage,subacute stage and chronic stage were respectively treated by heat clearing and wetness disinhibiting formula,wind dispersing and blood cooling formula and blood norishing and wind dispersing formula,together with cold and wet herbal application,external application and washing methods.82 cases as control were treated regularly and the curative effect was compared with the previous one.Result showed that the total effective rate in Chinese herb group was 86.5%,higher than that in control group.2 years later,83 case survey in treatment group showed that the total effective rate was 84.3%.
