| Abstract: | A study on the immunoturbidimelric assay of serum immunoglobuhns was reported. The results showed that the intra - and inter - assay coefficients of variation were less than 2. 0% and 3. 5% ,respectively. It was concluded that the irnmunoturbidimelry is a simple,rapid ,highly Precisional,accurate and reproducible method suilable for assay of serum immunoglobuhns. |
