超声引导下针刀治疗肩周炎临床观察

目的：观察超声引导下针刀治疗肩周炎的安全性、可行性及有效性。方法：将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各40例。治疗组采用超声引导下针刀治疗，对照组采用常规针刀治疗，通过观察治疗前后视觉模拟评分（ Visual Analogue Scale ）和Constant-Murley肩功能评定标准，探讨其疗效。结果：视觉模拟评分和肩关节功能评分两组治疗前比较差异无显著性差异（P＞0．05），两组治疗前后比较均有显著性差异（P＜0．05），治疗后治疗组比对照组显著改善（P＜0．05）。结论：超声引导针刀治疗肩周炎的疗效优于针刀治疗。

Clinical Observation on Shoulder Pain Treated by Ultrasound-guided Acupuncture Therapy

Objective：To observe therapeutic safety and effects of ultrasound -guided acupuncture therapy on shoulder pain .Methods：80 patients with shoulder pain were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group .The treatment group received ultrasound -guided acupuncture therapy , and the control group re-ceived acupuncture .Visual Analogue Scale and Constant -Murley were used to explore its efficacy .Results：There was a significant difference according to shoulder Visual Analogue Scale and Constant -Murley （ P 0.05）,but there was a significant improvement in the treatment group compared with the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ultrasound-guided acupunc-ture therapy is an effective way in treating shoulder pain .
