| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法]应用培美曲塞500 mg/m2联合顺铂75 mg/m2方案治疗34例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者。结果]总有效率达38.2%,其中初治组有效率为43.7%,复治组有效率为33.3%。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐、便秘及口腔黏膜炎等。结论]培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有较好疗效,毒副反应可耐受。

| Abstract: | Objective] To evaluate the efficacy and side-effect of pemetrexed combined of cisplatin in the treat of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods] A total of 34 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer were involved.Pemetrexed was given at a dose of 500 mg/m2,followed by cisplatin at a dose of 75 mg/m2.Results] Total efficacy was 38.2%.Among them the efficacy of the patients with current advanced non-small cell lung cancer was 43.7%,but the efficacy of recurrent patients was 33.3%.The main toxicities included bone marrow suppression,nausea and vomiting,constipation,etc.Conclusion] Pemetrexed plus cisplatin is an effective regiment for advanced NSCLC with tolerable side-effect. |
