| 摘 要： | 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是一种进行性发展的神经退行性疾病。流行病学显示老年女性更容易患病,这可能与绝经后雌激素水平陡然下降有关。近年来研究发现雌激素的神经保护作用可能与降低AD发生的危险系数有关。本文对雌激素与AD相关的神经保护机制进行综述。

| Abstract: | Alzheimer’s disease(AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease.Epidemiological evidence shows older women are more susceptible to AD,which may be related with post-menopausal precipitous depletion of estrogens.Recent researches suggest that the neuroprotective effects of estrogen may be relevant to decrease the risk of AD.This review will make a brief summary on AD-related neuroprotective mechanism of estrogen. |
