解脲支原体和沙眼衣原体感染与女性不孕症发生的相关性分析

目的探讨解脲支原体(Uu)、沙眼衣原体(Ct)感染与女性不孕症发生的相关性。方法98例女性不孕症患者作为观察组,79例有正常生育史育龄妇女作为对照组。取宫颈分泌物采用PCR方法检测两组标本中Uu和Ct的感染情况。结果不孕症组宫颈分泌物中Uu阳性率为52.04%(51/98),Ct31.60%(31/98),Uu和Ct混合阳性率为15.30%(15/98);对照组中Uu阳性率为11.40%(9/79),Ct阳性率为6.33%(5/79),Uu和Ct混合阳性率为0。两组间比较差异均有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论Uu和Ct感染与女性不孕症发生有密切关系。

Clinical Study on the Association between Female Infertility and Infection Caused by Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis

Objective To investigate the association between infection with Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and Chlamydia trachomatis(Ct) infection with female infertility. Method 98 samples of cervical secretions from female patients with infertility were collected for observation. Another 79 samples from normal women in child-bearing age serve as control.Uu and Ct were detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR). Result For the cervical secretions from patients with infertility, the percentage of samples having Uu, Ct, and both Uu and Ct were 52.04%, 31.60% and 15.30%, respectively. In the control group, the percentage of samples having Uu, Ct, and both Uu and Ct were 11.90%, 6.33% and 0, respectively. The infection rate in patients with infertility is significantly greater than the normal subject (P<0.01). Conclusion The occurrence of female infertility is associated with asymptomatic infections of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis.
