| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)及EB病毒潜伏膜蛋白-1(LMP1)在鼻咽癌中的表达及其关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测57例鼻咽癌组织中LMP1、COX-2及VEGF-C在鼻咽癌组织中的表达。结果:鼻咽癌组织中LMP1、COX-2及VEGF-C表达率分别为49.1%(28/57)、75.4%(43/57)和59.6%(34/57);经Spearman相关分析,它们之间呈相互正相关关系(均P<0.05)。结论:鼻咽癌中LMP1及COX-2可能直接上调VEGF-C表达,或者LMP1通过促进COX-2表达上调VEGF-C表达,从而对肿瘤的淋巴转移及发生发展起到促进作用。 |
