龙岩市社区大众人群不同干预形式普及艾滋病知识效果评价

目的评价项目社区示范点居民普及AIDS知识后的效果,为非项目地区开展艾滋病防治工作提供科学依据。方法采取系统抽样方法分组,通过问卷调查,分析不同干预方法的效果。结果干预后居民知识知晓率由71.7%提高到93.7%;示范点健康教育干预组较大众宣教组知晓率非常显著差异(P<0.05);不同人群的年龄、性别、文化、职业在干预前存在显著差异,干预后较干前效果差异显著,但各组间无显著性差异。结论采取卫生宣教和健康教育与促进的点面结合的干预方法是迅速提高居民知晓率的有效途径。不同人群的年龄、性别、文化、职业对干预效果无影响。

Evaluation on The Effect of Different Intervention Mode in Popularizing AIDS Knowledge in Community Crowd in Longyan City

Objective To evaluate the effect of popularizing AIDS knowledge in the residents of the project demonstration community,to provide scientific evidence for AIDS prevention and control in the non-project district.Methods The method of systematic sampling was adopted,to analyse the effect of different intervention mode through investigation by questionnair.Results The understanding rate of residents' AIDS knowledge raised to 93.7% from 71.7% after intervention.There was very notable difference in the understanding rate between the group of health education intervention and the group of mass publicity and education(P<0.05).There was notable difference in age,sex,culture,occupation of different crowd before intervention.The effect was more notable after intervention than before intervention,but there was not notable difference in each group.Conclusion The intervention mode of combining hygiene publicity and education with health education and promotion should be adopted.It is effective method of quick raising residents'understanding rate.The age,sex,culture,occupation of different crowd didn't have influence on interfering effect.
