乳腺肿瘤的超声诊断分析

目的探讨超声对乳腺肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的54例乳腺肿瘤的声像图特征和彩色多普勒特点。结果比较良恶性肿瘤的纵横比、内部回声、单多发、有无钙化、有无腋下淋巴结肿大、有无彩色多普勒血流信号等参数,可知乳腺良恶性肿瘤声像图有其各自的特点。结论超声声像图及彩色多普勒特征对乳腺肿瘤性质的判断有较大的临床应用价值。

The Diagnosis of Ultrasound in Breast Lumps

Objective To explore the value of ultrasound in breast lumps.Methods Do retrospective research on the characteristics of ultrasonography and the features of Color Doppler sonography,according to the analysis of 54 cases of breast lumps confirmed by surgery and pathological analysis.Results We can draw a conclusion that the Ultrasonography of Benign or malignant breast cancer has its own characteristics by comparing its aspect ratio,Internal echo,single or multiple cause,whether calcification,axillary lymph node swollen,flow signal of color doppler and other parameters.Conclusion The Ultrasonography and features of Color Doppler sonography have greater clinical value on determining the nature of breast lumps.
