摘    要:目的:了解安徽某医学院在校大学生近视现状及其影响因素,为高等医学院校学生近视防治提供科学依据.方法:采用整群随机抽样方法,对皖南医学院1 235名医学生进行视力检查和影响因素问卷调查.结果:医学生总体近视率为80.7%,中度近视率为55.9%.多因素Logistic回归分析显示,视力的保护因素为写字保持胸距桌一拳(OR=0.577,95%CI=0.424~0.785),而眼镜没配好(OR=1.628,95%CI=1.097~2.417)、熬夜玩手机(OR=1.467,95%CI=1.005~2.139)是导致近视的危险因素.结论:近视检出率较高,应指导大学生采取良好的用眼和生活习惯,以预防新发近视和缓解近视程度的加深.

An Analasis of Eyesight Status and Influence Factors of College Students From a Medical School in Anhui Province
Abstract:Objective:This thesis aims at understanding current short-sightedness situation and influencing factors among students in a medical college of Anhui Province and providing the scientific basis for the short-sightedness prevention and cure among students in medical colleges and universities.Methods:The paper adopted the method of cluster random sample of 1 235 medical students in Wannan Medical College.They were asked to test their vision and required to fill in a questionnaire about influence factors affecting their vision.Results:The general short-sightedness rate of medical students is 80.7% and moderate short-sightedness rate is 55.9%.The multifactor Logistic regression analysis reveals that the protecting factors of vision are the distance about a fist between the chest and desk (OR=0.577,95%,CI=0.424~0.785).And the dangerous factors are faulty glasses(OR=1.628,95%CI=1.097~2.417),staying up late to play phones (OR=1.467,95%CI=1.005~2.139).Conclusion:Due to high short-sightedness rate,we should guide college students to foster favorable habits for their eyes and life in order to prevent the new increasing of short-sightedness and relieve the growing degrees of short-sightedness.
