弱激光照射对于儿童恒牙脱位再植影响的临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨弱激光照射对儿童恒牙脱位再植固定后的影响。方法:选择92例儿童恒前牙外伤性脱位患者,常规复位固定后,随机分为激光照射组(49例)和对照组(43例),激光照射组给予氦氖激光照射,每个部位照射时间15min,1次/d,连续照射7天,对照组未给予特殊处置,连续观察1~3年。结果:脱位牙时间<1h时,实验组和对照组的存活牙率和牙周膜愈合率统计学上无显著统计学差异(P>0·05),而实验组的活髓牙率明显高于对照组,有显著统计学差异(P<0·05);2h>脱位牙时间>1h时,实验组和对照组的存活牙率、牙周膜愈合率和活髓牙率均有显著统计学差异(P<0·05),实验组高于对照组;脱位时间>2h,实验组和对照组的活髓牙率统计学上无显著统计学差异(P>0·05),而牙周膜愈合率和存活牙率均有显著统计学差异(P<0·05),实验组高于对照组。结论:局部氦氖激光照射对于儿童脱位再植牙齿的存活、牙髓和牙周组织恢复再生都有促进作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the treatment effects of low level laser (He-Ne) in replantation of children permanent tooth broken off.Methods:A total of 92 cases luxation injuries to children permanent tooth undergoing treatment were selected. The teeth were replanted traditionally and then divided into 2 groups randomly: laser group (49), control group (43).Irradiation time of low level laser ranged from 1 to 7 day, once a day, 15 min each time.Laser group were irradiated 7 times continuously while the control group were compared. All of cases were followed up 1~3 years.Results:When the time of luxation less than 1 h, the rate of retainable teeth and recovery of periodontal membrane in 2 groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05), but the rate of living pulp in laser group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).When the time of less than 2 h, the rates of retainable teeth, living pulp and recovery of periodontal membrane in laser group were higher than those of control group (P<0.05).When the time exceeded 2 h, the rates of retainable teeth and recovery of periodontal membrane in laser group were higher than those of control group (P<0.05).The rate of living pulp showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Low level laser (He-Ne) used in replantation of luxated children permanent teeth could promote retainable teeth and recovery of periodontal membrane and pulp.
