| 摘 要： | [目的]研究巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)在膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)、癌旁、正常膀胱中的表达,探讨MIF与膀胱肿瘤侵袭、转移等生物学行为的关系.[方法]抽取组织总RNA,采用RT-PCR法检测MIF和MMP9 mRNA的表达.[结果]肿瘤组织中MIF mRNA的表达明显高于正常组织(P＜0.05),其MMP9 mRNA的含量也明显升高(P＜0.05).[结论]MIF在BTCC的侵袭、转移过程中可能具有促进作用,其机制可能与影响MMP9表达上调有关.

| Abstract: | [Objective]To detect the effects of the MIF gene on the progression and invasiveness of bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC) by evaluating its expression level and expression of MMP9 in the carcinoma and noncarcinoma tissues.[Methods]The mRNA level of MIF gene was detected by RT-PCR technique.[Results]The mRNA level of MIF and MMP9 gene in the carcinoma tissue was higher than that in the noncarcinoma tissue(P<0.05).[Conclusion]These data suggest an important promoting potential for MIF in contributing to progression and invasiveness of BTCC,the effect is possibly dependent on inducing expression of MMP9. |
