蛋白芯片在健康查体人群CA125普查中的应用

目的 :探讨蛋白芯片和ELISA法在普通人群CA12 5普查中的应用价值。方法 :应用肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片系统 (芯片法 )和酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA )对2 2 7例健康查体成人血清中CA12 5进行测定。结果 :在 2 2 7例中 ,CA12 5法有 7例升高 ,ELISA法有 4例升高。两种方法存在高度相关 ,P <0 0 0 0 1。在 7例CA12 5升高的人中 ,2例证实为卵巢癌 ,4例为结直肠癌 ,1例为肺癌。结论 :芯片法用于普通人群CA12 5普查可及时发现肿瘤。

Application of protein chip for detection of serum CA125 in mass screening

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the application of the protein chip system for multi-tumor marker detection (protein chip) and ELISA for detection of serum CA125 in mass screening.METHODS:Serum CA125 was measured by the protein chip and ELISA in 227 adults.RESULTS:CA125 was positive in 7 cases by using the protein chip and in 4 cases by using ELISA,respectively (positive in 4 cases by the both mothods). The seven cases were diagnosed as cancer (ovarian cancer,2 cases;cancer of colon,4;lung cancer 1) confirmedly by other methods.There was a high correlation between the results tested by the two mothods,P<0.000 1.CONCLUSION:The protein chip for detection of serum CA125 in mass screening in the diagnosis of cancer is sensitive and the patients with cancer can be detected in time.
