尿毒症患者血液透析过程中血浆纤溶系统的动态观察

摘    要:本研究对尿毒症血透析过程中血浆t-PA、PAI进行动态观察,结果表明:血液透析中t-PA活性明显降低,而PAI明显升高,至透析结束最明显,透析前t-PA与PAI活性分别与透析2小时、透析结束比较,以及透析2小时与透析结束比较,均有显性差异或非常显性差异,提示:血液透析使尿毒症患纤溶系统受损,易于形成血栓。

Abstract:The plasma tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI) were dynamically observed in uremic patients during hemodialysis, The results showed the t-PA activity decreased markedly while the PAI increased markedly during hemodialysis, and the changes were significant at the end of hemodialysis. There were significant defferences of serum t-PA and PAI between pre-hemodialysis and hemodialysis after two hours; between pre- and endhermodialysis, and between hemodialysis after two hours and end-hemodialysis, respectively(P<0. 05, P<0. 01). The study suggested the fibrinolytic system in uremic patients was damaged by hemodialysis, which might induce thrombosis.
