颌骨嗜酸细胞肉芽肿的临床诊断和治疗

目的总结颌骨嗜酸细胞肉芽肿的临床诊断和治疗经验。方法对8例颌骨嗜酸细胞肉芽肿患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果颌骨嗜酸细胞肉芽肿男性多见，儿童易罹患，以下颌骨病变为多见。临床上对考虑囊肿、恶性肿瘤的患者，拔牙后创口经久不愈，牙龈溃疡而原因不明者均应考虑本病的可能。确诊仍依靠病理切片。结论本病局限型病损应作手术，多发性以及复发性病变应考虑综合治疗(手术加放疗及化疗)。预后一般良好。

The clinical diagnosis and treatment on eosinophitic granuloma of the jaws bone

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment on eosinophitic granuloma of the jaws bone.Methods A retrospective review was made of 8 patients with eosinophitic granuloma of the jaws bone operated from January 1993 to June 2003.Results The disease occurred easily more in male than femal and easily in children.It was found more often in mandible.In consideration of different diagnosis such as cysts of bone and malignant tumors.Extracted teeth wound which was not able to heal in a long period and gingival wlcers of cause shouldbe included the nltimate diagnosis is established according to the result of biopsy.Conclusion The localized from of responds was well to surgical treatment.Comprehensive treatment included the surgery radiological therapy and chemotherapy should be afforded for the patienst with maltiple foci or recurrence.The patient can achieved a good prognosis generally.
