| 摘 要： | 目的：应用CO2激光治疗体表常见疾病如痣、疣、皮赘等580例，了解其疗效及并发症。方法：根据病灶大小质地柔硬选择合适的能量，将激光束垂直对准病灶从一端进行治疗，至病灶彻底消除为止。结果：580例皮肤病一次性治愈率为89．0％，重复治疗为11．0％。结论：CO2激光治疗常见皮肤病，具有封闭血管、减少出血、降低痛感及准确率高等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective: To treat common diseases of the body surface with CO 2 laser, such as nevi, warts and any growth superfluous or useless and so on, in altogether 580 cases; understand the curative effect and complications. Methods:We selected suitable power according to the size and soft or hard of the focus and performed the treatment with the beam of laser aiming at the focus vertically from one end so that the focus was removed. Results: In 580 cases of skin diseases, the cure rate with single treatment was 89.0 percent, and 11.0 percent with repeat treatments. Conclusion: Treating common skin diseases with CO 2 laser has the advantages of sealing blood vessels, lessening bleeding, reducing pain and raising the degree of accuracy, etc. |
