| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨托烷司琼对精神分裂症患者听感觉门控P50的影响。方法：服用利培酮的精神分裂症患者（40例）随机分为安慰剂组、小、中、高剂量（托烷司琼5、10、20mg／d）组，采用配对听觉条件刺激（S1）、测试刺激（S2）范式，观察不同剂量托烷司琼对精神分裂症患者听感觉门控P50的影响。用副反应量表评估用药安全性。结果：①安慰剂组在用药前、后P=50抑制差别无统计学意义，小、中剂量组在用药后第1、10d能明显改善P50抑制，高剂量组在用药第10d后能明显改善P50抑制，且剂量组间差别有统计学意义（P〈0．01），中剂量组优于小剂量组，小剂量组优于高剂量组。②小、中剂量组不良反应轻微，高剂量组有不良反应。结论：托烷司琼能明显改善精神分裂症患者听感觉门控P50，对精神分裂症的神经认知缺陷可能有潜在的治疗作用，且以中剂量为佳。
