无张力性阴道吊带术治疗女性压力性尿失禁病人的护理

探讨无张力性阴道吊带术 (TVT)治疗女性压力性尿失禁的护理。方法 :对我院2 0 0 1年 1月— 2 0 0 3年 3月接受TVT术治疗的女性压力性尿失禁病人在手术前后加强心理护理 ,指导病人进行盆底肌功能锻炼和膀胱功能训练 ,以重新建立正常的排尿机能。结果 :3 6例病人经术后随访 3个月～ 18个月 ,有 3例病人仍有轻度尿失禁外 ,其余均治愈 ,有效率达 91.67%。结论 :TVT手术前后采取有效的护理措施和健康宣教 ,指导病人进行功能锻炼 ,是促进排尿自控、提高术后近期效果的重要措施

Nursing Care of Patients With Stress Urinary Incontinence Treated by Tension-free Vaginal Tape

Objective: to probe into nursing care of tens ion-free vaginal tape(TVT) to treat female patients with stress urinary incontinence. Method: female patients with stress urinary incontinence admitted from Jan. 2001 to Mar. 2003 and who had accept ed TVT therapy were selected . Patients were strengthened psychologic al care both before and after the TVT therapy. They were guided to carry out fun ctional exercises of both pelvic floor muscles and bladder to reestablish thei r normal urination. Results: a total of 36 patients were followed up for 3 months to 18 months after their treatment.33 of them were cured and only 3 cases were with mild urinary incontinence. The effective rate accounted for 91.6 7%. Conclusion: for stress urinary incontinence female patients, one should ta ke some effective nursing steps and health education before and after TVT therap y. One should give some guidance for their functional exercises. Both of which were important measures to stimulate self-control of their urination, to promot e their postoperative effectiveness of near future.
