| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨带膜支架治疗食管狭窄及合并各种食管瘘的效果。材料与方法；12例食管狭窄患者，5例合并食管疾。均经口操作，先行球囊导管对狭窄段进行扩张，后置入带膜内支架。结果：内支架置入全部成功，术后患者进食困难明显缓解，食管瘘口安全封闭。结论：采用带膜支架治疗各种食管狭窄及食管瘘是安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | purpose: To evealuate the effect of covered stent in the treatment of esophageal stricture including fistula,Materials and Methods: After catheterizing from mouth,the strictured portions dilated with ballon catheter,all covered stent were in 12 patients respectively. Results: All stents were successfully placed dysphagin was markedly alleviated, The esophageal fistuin was completely sealed. Conclusion: The covered stent were safe and effective in treating various esophageal strictures including fistula. |
