玻璃酸钠联合地塞米松治疗退行性膝关节炎的疗效观察

目的观察玻璃酸钠和地塞米松对退行性膝关节炎的疗效.方法96例退行性膝关节炎患者随机分为两组：联合治疗组47例,在第1、3周采用玻璃酸钠2ml和地塞米松5 mg进行膝关节内注射,每周1次,第2、4、5周则单纯注射玻璃酸钠2 ml,每周1次.对照组49例,膝关节内注入玻璃酸钠2 ml,每周1次,连续5周.两组均随访12周.结果在用药1周后至用药后12周,联合治疗组总有效率为95.7%,对照组为89.8%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论玻璃酸钠和地塞米松联合与单纯玻璃酸钠治疗退行性膝关节炎均有效,但前者治疗效果更优.

Study on effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with dexamethasone sodium phosphate in treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee

Objective To study the effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with dexamethasone sodium phosphate in treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods 96 cases of degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into two groups,including 47 cases in combined treatment group,who were injected intraarticularly both 2ml sodium hyaluronate and 5mg dexamethasone sodium phosphate at 1 or 3 week,once a week but only 2ml sodium hyaluronate was injected at 2,4 or 5 week,once a week,and 49 cases in control group,who were treated with 2ml sodium hyaluronate once a week for 5 consectutive weeks.The two groups were followed up for 12 weeks.Results The overall effective rates were 95.7% and 89.8% in the combined treatment group and the control group,respectively,1 week after administration and 12 weeks after administration.There was statistical difference between groups in the treatment outcome(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with dexamethasone sodium phosphate and sodium hyaluronate alone in treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee can present effectiveness but the former is superior to the latter.
