| 摘 要： | 为探讨端粒酶活性与胃癌发生的关系。本文以改良TRAP法对43例胃粘膜活检标本的端粒酶活性进行检测。结果发现：胃癌的端粒酶阳性率为87%（20/23），萎缩性胃炎的端粒酶阳性率为28.6%(2/7)，而中度胃炎与浅表性胃炎无一例阳性，它提示端粒酶活性的检测对于胃癌的诊断可能具有重要意义。

Detection of Telomerase Activity in Gastric Mucosa by Improved TRAP Assay |

| Abstract: | Telomerase activity in 43 biopsy of gastric mucosa was detected with the modified telomeric repeat amplification protocol(TRAP) assay to elucidate pathogenesis of gastric cancer.The detected positive rates were as follows:87%(20/23) in gastric cancer,28 6%(2/7) in moderate and non-typical gastritis ,0%(0/10 in atrophic and superficial gastritis,respectively.These results suggest that the detection of telomerase activity may play a significant role in the diagnosis of gastric cancer. |
