乙酰胆碱对离体大鼠下丘脑腹内侧核神经元电活动的影响

摘    要:在23个下丘脑脑片上,用玻璃微电极细胞外记录了50个下丘脑腹内侧核神经元的自发放电单位,观察了乙酰胆碱对它们的作用。当脑片用含乙酰胆碱(10-7mol/L)的人工脑脊液灌流后,有18个单位放电频率明显增加,这种反应可被乙酰胆碱拮抗剂阿托品所阻断。8个单位放电频率明显减少,8个单位放电频率呈双相反应,16个单位无明显反应。实验结果表明:约1/3的下丘脑腹内侧核神经元能被乙酰胆碱所激活,且这种作用是由M受体所介导的。

Abstract:Hypothalamic slices were ptepaired with a vibratome.The spontaneous discharge of 50vcntromedial nucleus(VMN) neurons was recorded by glass mioroclectrode from 23 such sliees,and effects of acetylcholine(Ach) on spontaneous discharge were observed.After per-fusing the brain sliceswith artificial cerebrospinal fluid containing Ach(10-7mol/L) for 3 min,discharge rate of 18 units was significantly increased,this responsc was blocked by muscular acetylcholine receptor antagonist-atropine.The discharge of 8units were deereased.8 units showed biphasic effeets,and 16 units were non-responsive.The cxpcrimcntal results suggest that about 1/3 of ventromcdial nuclcus neurons can be activated by Ach via the act ivat ion of Aeh receptors.This effects can be mcdiated by M type receptor.
