雷公藤在皮肤科的应用

雷公藤是祖国传统中药，在我国有悠久的使用历史，20世纪80年代初，江苏泰州制药厂在中国皮肤病研究所专家的协作下，率先开放上市，首先用于治疗类风湿性关节炎。此后，因其抗炎、抗过敏反应、类皮质激素、免疫调节等作用不断得到证实，它在治疗某些顽固性皮肤病，特别是皮肤血管炎方面发挥了显著的作用。目前认为雷公藤可能在皮肤科领域是一个存在巨大潜力的药物。

Clinical Application of Tripterygium Glycosides in Dermatology

Tripterygium Glycoside is a traditional Chinese medicine. It has a long using history in our country. At the beginning of 1980s, the Tai Zhon pharmaceuticai factory took the lead in opening to the outside world appearing in the market ,which was firstly used to cure art rheumatoid arthritis under the instruction of Chinese Institute of Dermatology experts. Henceforth, with the confirmation of its anti -inflammatory effect , anti -allergy effect, glucocorticoid -like effect, effect of immune regulatory, it was used on recalcitrant skin diseases, especially skin blood vessel diseases which showed effective results. At present ,Tripterygium Glycoside is considered as a drug with large potential application in Dermatology.
