| 摘 要： | 从《黄帝内经》关于凡刺之法,必先本于神出发,从针刺与神、神与正气、正气与免疫等方面探讨了针刺取效的机理:从中医角度看,针刺疗法通过激发人体正气,正气奋起抗邪达到治疗疾病的目的;从现代医学角度看,针刺疗法通过刺激人体,提高人体免疫功能达到治疗效果。不论是激发人体正气还是提高免疫功能,二者均强调人体内在因素在针刺治疗中的关键作用。由此,为中医针刺疗法的现代机理研究提供新思路:正气与免疫,二者可以成为针刺研究的中西医桥梁。

| Abstract: | The article focuses on mechanism of acupuncture therapy from some relations, such as acupuncture and spirit in bodies, spirit and healthy-Qi, healthy-Qi and immunity. The thoughts come from citationacupuncture as a therapeutic method originates from human spirits.
