我院加强医疗质量管理的做法与体会

针对医疗服务质量内涵的转变和当前群众对医疗服务质量要求不断提高的现状,阐述了医院加强医疗质量管理的具体做法,即:重视医疗质量管理的基础建设;建立科学可行的质控考评办法;合理使用考评结果,促使医疗质量持续改进,实现质量的全面提高。同时提出几点体会,供大家参考。

Practice and Reflective Comprehension of Strengthening Medical Quality Management of Our Hospital

Aiming at the intensive transformation of the medical service quality and the present situation that the masses are asking to improve the medical service quality cont nuously, some concrete practical methods of strengthening the medical quality management are elucidated in the paper, i. e. to attach importance to the foundamental construction of medical service quality, to set up scientific and feasible method of appraisal and examination for quality control, and to employ the results of it so as to impel to improve the quality continuously and realize that all-round quality must be improved. Several points of personal experiences are also suggested for references.
