TiNi记忆合金接骨板治疗儿童股骨干骨折

目的探讨TiNi记忆合金接骨板治疗儿童股骨干骨折的临床效果。方法2004年3月～2006年6月应用TiNi记忆合金接骨板治疗8例儿童股骨干骨折。全部病例均获随访,时间8个月～24个月,平均16个月。结果术后X线片复查骨折复位固定满意,接骨板无松动翘起及移位,无变形断裂,骨质无疏松,骨折全部骨性愈合。患肢功能完全恢复正常。结论TiNi记忆合金接骨板是治疗儿童股骨干骨折理想的内固定方法之一,值得基层医院骨科推广使用。
