| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍神经递质在皮肤免疫系统中的作用及其机制，提示神经递质可能作为治疗皮肤疾病的药物作用的新靶点。方珐：查阅国内外文献进行综述，归纳神经递质与皮肤免疫系统的关系。结果：由皮肤神经元或皮肤细胞分泌的神经肽类物质，如P物质、降钙素基因相关肽、α-促黑激素参与了皮肤免疫系统的免疫调控机制，在炎症性皮肤病的病理过程中具有重要作用。结论：神经肽类物质作为药物作用的新靶点，具有重要的研究意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To introduce the role and mechanism of neurotransmitters in skin immune system.Methods: The(related) literature at home and abroad was consulted to summarize the relationship between neurotransmitters and skin immune system.Results: Neuropeptides,such as substance P,calcitonin gene-related peptide,alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone,secreted by cutaneous neurons and cells have been found to have functions as potent modulators of skin immune system and to play an important role in cutaneous immunity and inflammation. Conclusion: Neuropeptides may become a new target point of drugs and further investigation is needed on this aspect. |
