| 摘 要： | 营养不良在胃肠道肿瘤患者中发生率极高。患者生存质量的下降,直接影响患者心理健康,抑郁、焦虑现象屡见不鲜。探讨和分析患者发生营养不良的因素,并进行早期评估和适宜的营养支持,是降低胃肠道肿瘤患者因营养摄取问题而导致疾病进展行之有效的方法。有效的营养支持不仅改善了生化指标,且降低不良反应发生的概率。综上,笔者对胃肠道肿瘤患者不同阶段的营养支持治疗现状展开调研。

| Abstract: | The incidence of malnutrition in patients with gastrointestinal tumors is extremely high. The decrease of quality of life of patients directly affects the mental health of patients, depression and anxiety are very common. Discussing and analyzing factors of malnutrition in patients with early assessment and appropriate nutritional support, can reduce disease progression which is caused by nutritional problems in gastrointestinal tumor patients. Effective nutrition support not only improves biochemical indicators, but also reduces the probability of adverse reactions. To sum up, the author investigated the status of nutritional support in different stages of gastrointestinal cancer patients. |
